Head stuck on shaft

Learned the hard way a L4 doesn’t really fit on the kryptolyte… this thing is stuck. I can’t get it to move down or up. Anybody have any tips? I

Have done the sidewalls on this one about 4 times to get it without hooking. Finally figured it out.
Yes still only one shooter but higher than it was previous

Got a L4 last week and put it on my old old Warrior titan pro. I’ve always hated this stick , I stole it from my brother when he stopped playing years ago. Any recommendations on a new/used one? I like the grip of Nike vapor but not trying to get the same stick
