Today's update (version 268) introduced the following features:

• Add FanControl Service
• Add start service on boot option

Can someone explain what these do exactly and why we would (or wouldn't) want to enable them?

The major update this morning sucks. I run FanControl and suddenly SignalRGB overrides its fan speed settings and forces its own control, and offers no way to disable it that I can see. Can't even set custom curves without pro, so system is way fucking louder than it needs to be. I will be ditching SignalRGB permanently if this is how things are going to be.
