Do pick up trucks make money or are they just desperate?

I’ve seen a few Uber/Lyft trucks around on weekdays. They aren’t smaller trucks either like Ford Mavericks hybrid. They’re full-sized trucks like F-150. I can’t imagine they’re making profits since each ride pays like $4-6 without surge on a slow day.

Should I receive a cancellation fee if pax cancelled 2 minutes 1 second after accepted?

Contacted support arguing that it’s 1 second after 2 minutes, which should be eligible for cancellation fee. They disagreed.

Does Lyft calculate the ride challenge bonus as part of the 70% guarantee?

For example, assuming I make $100 daily and Lyft offers $100 ride challenge (3 days), would Lyft use $300 or $400 to calculate the 70% guarantee?
