haven’t bought a coldfire in a while, which are the bangers on this list fellas? Thinking of grabbing the frozen juice box & grape gas face.

I’ve had these bumps for YEARS. I’ve been to the dermatologist twice already.

The first time, I was prescribed tretinoin, but it didn’t help at all. About a year later, I went back and was prescribed clindamycin 1% lotion. I’ve been using it for the past 2 weeks, and honestly it looks worse, if anything.

At this point, I feel completely lost. I’ve tried so many different products, including:
Gentle cleansers
Hydrating cleansers
Salicylic acid cleansers
Paula’s Choice BHA
Differin
Tret
Clindamycin
The Ordinary 2% salicylic acid
Nizoral on my face
Countless moisturizers
Nothing seems to help.

The only thing that made even a slight difference was Nizoral, but it made my face feel raw. And if I stopped using it consistently, the bumps would come back within 24 hours.

I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore. I can barely look at myself in the mirror because I feel unrecognizable.

Right now all i’m doing is Panoxyl 10% and Clindamycin lotion after. Paula’s choice BHA after wash maybe once a week.

Any bangers from this list? Which would you go for, if any?
