Back again to make a post. This time I had a lot of individual breakthroughs. VDIM is goated. At the recommendation of a teammate, I started using VDIM, holy shit. I was really, really struggling with switching; within 2 weeks I got jade in everyone I tried.

A bit about my approach. Each week I pick a main scenario. Every day I complete the variations of that specific task in the VDIM playlists. Then play the main scenario for 10- 15 mins. I do this probably 4-5 times a week. This helped massively.

Super happy with my result; my goal was Jade by the end of the year, and I did it in roughly 6 months. Wooo

Looking for an Anchor / lurk player to trial for a position on our ESEA Open10 team for next season on short notice.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2,000–2,500 FACEIT Elo
• Available 4 evenings per week (7:00 PM GMT)
• Experience playing anchor/lurk roles, or a willingness to learn
• Strong communication both in-game and during team discussions
• Positive attitude and commitment to improving

About the role:

You'll primarily be playing big-site anchor positions on CT and lurking on T side. For example, Mirage A anchor on CT and A lurk on T. We're looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative, and is comfortable contributing ideas.

Short-term Goals:

• Play Epic LAN together
• Reach Intermediate

Additional stuff:

• Our team plans to hire a paid coach to accelerate development.
