I’m not going to UT Austin anymore and have been on the hunt on Facebook, insta, and snap for new tenants and it’s all just screwed. And my manager also is being so unhelpful with all of this, and I’m freaking out because I really can’t get stuck with leasee. Do u guys have any ideas on how to advertise better, because we’ll be out of country starting June and we really just want this off our hands.

I know “public ivies” aren’t really a thing, it’s just the popularized term so I call them that too lol. But I remember a few years ago, while UNC Chappell hill, UT Austin n what not were csondiered nice universities, I don’t think there was necessarily this “public ivy” reputation. I think UCLA n Berkeley were always highly regarded, even back then, but their reputation as a public ivy has also exponentially increased. My question I guess is why and how did this happen?

In my hs, basically everyone who got into UT is going save a few who got Hypsm. Is it the same case with Cali kids and Berkeley?
