This thing is really good quality and the zipper is pretty perfect. Print looks pretty crisp. I’ll put link in comments but I think it’s sold out now. This is the version with a solid 925 silver zipper.

They said they will give a refund but they have encountered an issue. This was over a month ago and I have emailed them 55 times and no response, what should I do?
