Where should I go and what will be the best option

Ok so here is my case

I am from gwalior and i live with my mother my father is out of state due his posting and only come after a interval of 3 months and I can get either get cse at mits to stay in my home Town or electrical engineering in sgsits indore which is the obvious best choice but I can't leave my mother alone I am confused as where should I go or what should I do

I am worried about which Branch to choose

I can get any branch in mits and till it in jec jabalpur or till electrical in sgsits where should I go

I live near mits

I have 92%tile in jee mains but sadly was only able to score 70% in 12th boards can I still get a good collage via mpdte

Like ip in sgsits or any other core branches in ietdavv also if I were to get collage what should I opt for cs related branches in mits and jec or core in sgsits or ietdavv
