I’m leaving tomorrow to go to Thailand for a month on vacation. I started reading a really good novel about 3 days ago. I’m about 1/2 way through. I really don’t want to take the book with me on my trip but it’s too much for me to read before I go but not enough for it to last beyond a day or 2 into my trip. It’s a book I also want to keep so I don’t want to leave it in Thailand. I would much rather have taken a brand new unread book. I am also taking my kindle, so I’ll have plenty to read. I just hate lugging a book that I’ll finish quickly into a month long trip. Ugh.
Looking for some feedback on how to advance the wheel pose. I can hold the wheel pose on my toes with my hips activated. I would like to advance it by lifting my leg and bending it or raising it. However, I can’t seem to figure out how. What muscles should I be trying to move to lift my leg? Or what should I work on or strengthen in order to lift my leg up?
