Thinking about buying this watch and just curious of people’s opinions on this model? Thanks

Hi there, I just purchased an IWC Portugieser 40 salmon dial and I can see tiny hair line scratches on the dial. It’s not on the crystal it’s on the sunray dial itself. They’re so tiny and only show in direct light on certain angles but you can see this main one here just above to the right on the hand stack. Is this normal, has anyone else experienced this on this model? It was second hand so there’s no warranty so not sure it’s even worth replacing the dial depending on the cost.
