DC Finest Idea & Appreciation

DC Finest Idea & Appreciation

I’ve been loving the DC Finest and the variety of titles they have chosen to publish. Yes there’s a lot of Batman but there’s also a bunch of the old stuff they published in their vast history.

Whilst looking at the Fourth World DC Finest (hopefully they collect more of the Kirby Fourth World stuff), I thought how nice a Firestorm Finest would be (i’ve ben on a firestorm high with the new series) containing the 5 issues of Firestorm: The Nuclear Man (1977) and first few issues of The Fury of Firestorm (1982).
So yeah this was my little concept for it. With the sales of the current Firestorm series, I think this would be a nice call and would probably sell.

As someone who hasn’t even read a Finest yet, I love the direction the line is going right now!

Hey I’ve been wanting to read more X-Men (i’ve previously read the Gold Loves, Man Kills Epic Collection) and was intrigued by the Hellfire Gala that took place during the Krakoa era of X-Men

Just wanted to ask how much I would be confused if i just pick up the trades for that little saga (my bookstore has it as Reign of X trades) ?
