how do i transfer games downloaded from steamrip to a different device?

i have some games, specifically celeste which i have like 50 hours in modded and i dont want to restart the game, i keep all my p!r4cy stuff in a folder including 7zip, can i just put that folder into an external usb drive, and copy that over to a separate device? or do i have to find the save data in a different file

im playing p!r4ted games on my laptop rn and im getting a pc soon so i was wondering how it would work

buying a pc soon, what browser should i get?

ive only ever used chrome, and edge when it automatically popped up but because im planning to get my own pc i really want to make it the best it can be so im considering using stuff like win11 debloaters and wallpaper engine etc

but in terms of browsers theres pretty much 4 options that ive heard are good, brave, firefox, vivaldi, or zen

what i want in a browser is something with

- customisability kinda like opera with backgrounds, fonts, background music( not really necessary but those kind of things)

-security/ adblockers

-low resource hogging and bloat

- a nice ui ig

theres no one correct answer, and the best browser might not be one that i mentioned but what do you think is the best for what i want

is this a good part list for a $1200-1300 build?

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FP4cTm

is there a better option so i could save a bit of money somewhere and invest it somewhere else? i dont want to spend much more than 1200 on the parts and i dont want to spend more than 200 on the monitor

a 9060xt build for $1000 without a monitor and windows key( its only like $10 anyway) seems kinda too good to be true so i was wondering if one of the parts are a scam or if not i could make a better part list with the same budget

pcs for $1000-1200?

so i really really want to buy a new gaming system, ive only had a switch and i now have a enough money as a student to afford one, rn its between a switch 2 and a pc because a ps5/xsx will only be current gen for 1 or 2 more years and will only receive games for 2 years after that, and a steam machine is just a pc which you cant upgrade

i recently say a LTT video which he built a pc with equivalent specs to a ps5 for the same price with used parts, but i was wondering if that was possible in the australian market and if you used new parts, how much worse the pc would be.

i think reasonably i could have $1200 by the end of the year if i saved a lot but probably not more than that, this is the build i tried to make on pc partpicker with my knowledge but if theres smth better for the price tell me and also these are new prices rather than used so if i get used parts i could probably get a better build

https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/vvmt8Z

so, should i get new parts or used, and if i should get used, what parts fit my $1200 budget( there is a tiny bit of wiggle room, but $1300 is the max), i already have a mid monitor and kbm and i could probably get my parents to buy me a third party controller.

what are the different yoga 7 pro variants? or should i get something else

there are so many variants of the yoga 7 pro so im confused about the differences, like 7i , 4050 model or just normal 7 idk

LAPTOP QUESTIONNAIRE

  • Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: -1200-1500 aud , australia-
  • Are you open to refurbs/used? -probably not-
  • How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? -battery life is important but nothing overkill, just enough for school and a bit more and doesnt need charging until i get home ( 6 hours minimum, but ideally 8-10 )
  • features like foldability arent too important to me but if its at a similar price point without losing anything else i dont mind it,
  • i want the build quality to just be good and not incredibly fragile nothing specific ,
  • i just want the best performance for the price point without losing out on other factors like how a gaming laptop will have very low battery
  • How important is weight and thinness to you? -not very, just not overly thick or overly heavy something i can fit in a normal backpack and doesnt weigh too much, about the same weight and thinness as the ideapad-
  • Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. -idk, i think the old one was 14" but i just dont want somethng overlly small or large, just something in the middle"
  • Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. -no cad or video editing but i would like to play games, at the very least indie games like hades, and relatively low fidelity 3d games like neon white but if it can run better than thats great-
  • If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? -at a minimum indie games and low fidelity 3d games but if it can run higher fidelity games thats nice but not mandatory
  • bare minimum is a clean 30fps with 720p and obv higher is better -
  • Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? -just general good quality but no specific features, fingerprint reader is nice but not a big deal -
  • Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. -sorry if a lot of these details are stupid idk much about laptops-

im interested in the split everyday case, as it cant scratch the joycons which people say the other one will, and has a better fit on the bottom, and fits in the dock better, but i like using a carrying case rather than a plastic front cover and i was wondering if it works the same as the original split protective case where it wont fit in the jsaux ultra thin but will fit in the normal" carrying case for nintendo switch 2" and the megacarry case? also whats the difference between the megacarry and the standard carrying case( i think i know now, its more game slots, a nylon zipper and padding to help just the switch 2 be more snuggly, but then why is the megacarry case cheaper than the basic one?)

i dont think it would fit in the ultra thick one but in the description for the megacarry case, it says that it is compatible with slim shallow shells, but does the jsaux split protective case qualify?
