Invisible crosswalks

Does anyone know of a mod that makes cross walks invisible. I'm currently making a UK inspired city and we don't have cross walks here in the UK but removing them also removes the ability for pedestrians to cross the road so I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that made them invisible!
