Sales reps, what time do you start your route and what time do you finish it?!

Got offered a TSR position with the company. I am an external candidate with 11 years of retail experience and a degree in business.

I still work in big box retail making about the same of what they offer for target pay. Any TSRs here? Be brutally honest? Do you like your job? What don’t you like about it?
