Such a scam.
It’s an absolute scam- I tried selling my car with them at a quote which I had to pay my upside down; when I came down to payment info and hitting continue it transferred me through the entire process all over again and estimated at roughly 4000$ less quote even though nothing has changed. to ensure you don’t catch the details and pay out the extra amount, when you confront them over phone call they will not connect you with upper management and will make up 1000 different excuses and will eventually hang up on you when you call them out on it.
Let it be known i am a very calm and collected person over the phone, no yelling, no arguments. I solely asked them to honor their offer, once I asked that I had them hang up on me.
The offer that was given to me had a 2 day expiration rather than their advertised 7 day.
Also a false statement is that they say they have multiple customer reviews, which are all bots since you are not able to actually put in a review yourself, LOL!!
Stay away as far as possible. Go to different dealerships and get your quotes there!
