Quick question. If you have 2 SIM cards can one be set for data, and the other for calls/texts? Simultaneously?

Has anyone ever connected to mm wave on a Pudp ($65-70) prepaid unlimited data hotspot line? If so what speeds did you get? I've found that when connecting to band n77 I usually get throttled to 30mbps. I mean it's totally useable. But just wondering if it would be faster in one of those tiny spots with mm wave coverage.

I'm trying to download the USGA OnDemand app for us open golf. When I go to my app store on my ATV and type it in, there is nothing there. What am I doing wrong?
