Just wondering if this stock is going to go higher or just going to face revaluation soon

My face has literally tiny tiny dots and some bumps, I don't know anything about skincare 😕, and wanted to fix this, didn't know where can I get some advice so I thought to why not post on reddit and ask, any advice would help.
