is this okay or am i deeping it too much? the front cover doesn’t fit over the rest of the pages properly and the cover is slightly creased.

Hey Guys, I understand she will need vet attention but i’m wondering what this could possibly be? I’m going to take her the vets soon as I can but wondering how urgent it is? TIA :)
