Sunday Discussion Thread
What does your schedule look like? Who are your top artists?
And after Sunday happens, who were your favorites, surprises, disappointments?

I’m fairly new to the MF WO app, so apologies if this has been asked and answered… does the app apply progression only to the specific exercise, irrespective of progression in similar exercises? Or is it intuitive enough to recognize improvements across multiple exercises within a muscle group?
Example: if I do a standing single arm cable row and increase volume, will it give me increased volume the next time I try to do a natural grip cable row (seated, bilateral)?
I’m creating some custom workouts and this answer may change my strategy on repeating certain exercises vs. giving myself more variations.
We all know LCD Soundsystem setlists don’t vary that much lately — there just isn’t new album material to rotate in.
So I started building my own “ideal” setlist — not just favorite songs, but thinking about flow, transitions, and how the show builds (main set + encore, pacing, emotional arcs, etc.).
One thing I noticed: I ended up a little light on This Is Happening. Not intentional — but I cut a couple songs that always get played (“Home,” “I Can Change”), and it just sort of worked out that way based on flow.
I also removed some of the staples (like “New York, I Love You…”) and it actually freed up space for more variety, older material, and deeper cuts.
Here’s where I landed:
MAIN SET (14)
Oh Baby
Get Innocuous!
Tonite
Time to Get Away
One Touch
On Repeat
New Body Rhumba
How Do You Sleep?
Tribulations
Movement
45:33 (Parts 1 & 2 / “Shame on You”)
Someone Great
Losing My Edge
Yeah (Crass Version)
ENCORE (5)
Us v Them
Thrills
American Dream
Dance Yrself Clean
All My Friends
Curious what others would do — especially:
If you could design your perfect LCD show, what does it look like?
