My AS exams went really well and i was expecting 2As and 1B. But i got really bad grades today. Regardless of the fact that the result is doubtful. What am i supposed to do now?????

Have all the med school options closed for me. Should I appear for FSC simultaneously or retake all the exams? I am genuinely so devastated. I dont have proper guidance from anyone. I do not know what to do

So basically my theory exams ended on 20th. And I didnt study anything till today ever since 20th. I feel really guilty. I messed and didnt do THAT well in my p2s. Im really scared. How do i get maximum marks like 35+ in bio, chem and physics. Any tips or tricks????? There's eid asw idk what to do pls help. Bio is fine but physics doesn't seem achievable. WHAT DO I DO???
