In today’s spinoff Noina has been whitewashed with Hemant saying in the end she is an ‘achhi insaan’ now. Because she claimed she loved Mihir but agreed to doing wrong by tulsi. That’s it. All the drugging, lying about one night stand and cancer - all whitewashed.
But have to say their Jodi is so hot lol. Much better than all the young gen useless actors.
Wtf were those expressions? Nandini and Shobha’s expressions - heck even Nakul and Vaishnavi emoted better. It was clear she wasn’t present at the scene so gave those frowny expressions spoiling that nice emotional scene.

What nonsense is this - Niyati asked Samaira to serve tea to the guests as if she were her mother. A couple days back Karan also confided in her and she consoled him like a wife. Maharaj = new Mihir. Niyati = new Nandini.
No excuse for bad writing ruining this season but I think there are two deeper problems that are beyond their control that makes season 2 even worse.

She came towards the end of the second leap. And a lot of her scenes were with fake tulsi (Gautami Kapoor). Her time in the show coincided with downwards trending TRPs. In the overall scheme of things, she was a pretty minor vamp. She became popular more recently through the IG reels. So I think it’s a smart move to get her back in and attract some of the newer viewers.
Their PR game is strong. But in reality they are supporting actors at best. Even since they got prominence the show has gone downhill. They can certainly act better than new gen but don’t have much versatility or screen presence. Quite monotonous.
Without Tulsi and Mihir, the show is boring. Just goes to show how over rated they are.
The way Tulsi talks to him and shares are feelings - feels like talking to her husband.
With Rio gone there is no reason for amar to not come back. He also seems to be on good terms with Ekta. Either Smriti fought with him for ego or she just wants to be the sole lead so she can reap political benefits from this show. Undoubtedly her acting prowess is unmatched but without Amar the show has lost its soul. Add to it the horrible story writing, and the show has been ruined. I think at this point most likely it is Smriti herself behind his ouster.
She also likely doesn’t want to play romantic roles. She wants to have this de glamorized grey hair, bespectacled look because that also helps her political image.
Yes bring back such powerful Tulsi scenes!
Almost all old characters came back but Ganga. She was one of the most important characters throughout s1 first leap onwards. More than 5 years. She was the real heir to Tulsi. Had great screen presence, character arc, everything.
The large glasses and grey hair are so bad. She has beautiful expressive eyes. Please remove the glasses.
I loved all of the old background music. Felt so good and nostalgic they brought them back.
The acting talent density in kyunki is insane. How I wish a good production house, director, writer got this crew together and got them to perform on an OTT show.
So much talent being wasted by some of the worst writers and makers I have seen. So unfortunate.

Many will be grossed out, many will find it disgusting. Most will agree the actors (especially Smriti Irani) gave one of their best performances. Most likely not watchable with family and they went too far. But can't deny this episode will go down as one of the most bold episodes shown on ITV.
OMG she was so amazing today, the way she brought all the emotions! Despite all the horrible writing and screenplay, she continues to show why she is one of the all time greats of ITV.
Then Baa is wrong, Tulsi is wrong, Parvati is wrong. I highly doubt the makers would let that happen. It kind undoes the ending of Season 1 all the way till now. It would be truly insane if they did it (but who knows, they just might).
I feel I got the hairline really good on this one. I sent a mold of my head shape starting from my natural hairline height. But it seems a bit too high?

Mihir wasn’t even there. Just the phone conversation showing Tulsi talking to him was better than the whole episode which was otherwise so nonsensical. Random twists with weird rains. Can’t the makers see how important it is to focus on Tulsi and Mihir and get rid of all of this other crap?
