HELP?? for indian girlies, would you be interested in a mukhwaas/ after meal sweet that actually helps you digest and helps with bloating?
I have been struggling with IBS and there is not much that I consume; it's always the ghar ka khaana, daal roti sabzi, but still I have been struggling with this issue for quite a while, i have tried everything, but the gut seems to be getting worse. Went to the doc; they give meds and then it gets better but as soon as I am off meds the problem occurs again. So i thought of making something on my own and made a recipe of my own, kind of a spin on mukhwas/after-meal saunf, to prevent this and genuinely noticed a change in my gut. Just out of curiosity, I wanted to help other girls who have been struggling through this. Before I go through with the idea, I wanted to genuinely ask, is this a good idea? would you be interested in something like this? I have no experience building anything so I am very skeptical and not confident.
