What are the next options for help when I can’t do it by myself?

I’ve been trying to quit for years. I never make it more than a month or so. I cannot do it by myself, on this last round I’ve been hiding it from my SO because they’re sick of me being high and the support for quitting turned into ultimatums (they really do want me to be better and I’ve broken a lot of promises).

I can’t even make it half a day at this last relapse period. I’m smoking at work all day in an effort to hide it when I’ve never smoked at work before.
