How to postpone Day1 ketoflu by the evening?

Hi guys,

So i am thinking how to postpone the ketoflu which usually starts hiting me around 14 hours in a dry fast​. I become lethargic, sleepy, you name it.

If I start the fast at 10:00 pm then usually around 11-12 am the next day I get hit by it. Okay, but usually one has the whole day ahead and need to be active.

So I am thinking if I take around 9 am some honey + coconut oil, would this work to basically reset the clock and start getting into ketosis around 11 pm when one can just go to sleep?

On day 2 usually i dont remember havung keto flu symptoms.

What are your strategies to make first two days easier?

Hi guys,

I noticed that the first day one is mainly fighting with shrinking the stomach, then on day 2 there are much less hunger cravings but more issues from getting into ketosis. So I am thinking are there ways to make these easier and quicker? Apart from electrolytes?
