Medical volunteering oppurtunities starting September

Hello! I recently graduated from university and am taking a gap year while applying for medical related post-grad programs. I'm looking to get more exposure working with patients, and I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for places (besides RVH) that take volunteers? Thanks :)

Possible to earn university level credits for continuing ed?

Hello! Couldn't find the info online so I wanted to see if anyone has some insight into this while I wait from a repsonse from admissions.

I recently graduated from university with an honours degree, and I'm looking to apply to certain professional school programs for Fall 2027 that have prerequisites that I don't have, including 2 semesters of English. I know that Georgian has a partnership with Lakehead University, so I'm wondering if its possible to gain university equivalent course credits while taking part-time courses in Barrie at Georgian? Would appreciate any info!

Is it worth taking English and Stats to apply at UBC/UOttawa

I graduated university this year and am applying for my second time. I didn't take english or stats in my undergrad. I'm planning on applying much more broadly this year and was wondering if its worth taking extra courses to qualify for these schools. I'm OOP for UBC and IP but not regional for UOttawa. I would most likely be taking these courses through Athabasca U, but looking at the tuition it seems it going to run me at least a few thousand dollars. Just applying to Canadian schools this cycle and torn on whether I should spend all that money just to be able to apply at two extra schools. GPA is 3.95 and MCAT is 520 with 130 CARS, and significant ECs in research, leadership, and employment. Would appreciate any insights!!
