Some time back, i was in a gore website where a kid had murdered his parents. One of the comments quoted schopenhauer saying, "Evil is what is positive. It makes it's existence known." I was quite troubled by this view of evil. Saying it is something "positive" would seem absurd to many people. With this quote and with how schopenhauer had already been presented, I avoided him. That was until one day I came across a post about him on YouTube. Turns out what I had thought of him was wrong and his philosophy then didn't quite seem so "absurd" but rather comforting to me. I was fascinated by it.

Whenever I leave comments (on some posts) I don't get notified of the replies or likes. I get notified on many but not on some posts and these posts are generally about topics I'm interested in.

Can I fix this?

Today, me and my friends went out to a restaurant and a person came to us and asked if we could give a "review" of the place on camera. I have social anxiety but I wanted to try out "exposure therapy" so I said yes. It was so hard, I was literally shaking but I had in mind that it wasn't a big deal. Fast forward to now, my heart is literally pounding, I don't know why it is. The interview wasn't that big of a deal but it seems as though I can't prove that to myself. I'm feeling so uneasy... I could literally cry
