So I really can’t close out games. I know that I do a lot of mistakes of course at the end of the day i’m a low-elo player but I’m looking to improve. I don’t know what to do to win even when I’m super fed. If I split push they kill my team and come to me. If I play it with my team i still lose too. Any tips or help would be highly appreciated.

I’m having trouble closing games, I try my best to lead the games in the correct way but I just end up following the team and dying altogether and the game is lost.
