SSRI’s battle against orgasms..

⚠️ TMI WARNING!:

I have been on SSRI’s for several years now.

I am very sexually active with my gf. I found that when we are having sex I have a hard time having a clitoral orgasm. with penetration I can easily climax (not quite orgasm) but not so much with my clitoris. I am extremely aroused with my gf but unfortunately my high doses of multiple SSRIs make it where I can no longer orgasm. I haven’t been able to for years. it’s starting to make my gf insecure with her “performance” when she shouldn’t be.

is there anything I can do BESIDES *changing* my current medications?

urgent

hi guys, I’m lowkey freaking out

background: I’ve been fish keeping for two years now and have what I thought was a healthy 20 gallon. my tank is fully cycled and is always kept at perfect stats besides that my water is a bit hardy. I keep it at 75-80°F. I use a oxygenator and filter.

problem: I’ve never had any problems with fish dying before. recently I have lost quite a few corydora’s and am down to two now. I used to have five guppies I am now down to one (my most recent addition). my gourami is doing well. my snails are not at all affected. so I am very confused.

I recently had a friend who is not a fish keeper feed my fish while I was gone for a week. when I came back I had a dead fish. the nitrites were high but may be because of that one fish. but I do not think that is the root cause because fish were dying before this. also a couple fish were missing, but she didn’t report any deaths to me. so maybe they died and were eaten by my bottom feeders.

treatment: adding salt and using API fin & body cure to treat external and internal bacterial infections. I did a 50% water change before starting the treatment. and did those two 25% changes required while treating.

I gave my friend one of my corydora’s and within a week she had died as well. (his tanks are VERY healthy)

I’m at a loss of what to do. my suspicion is that the new guppy I added from a corporate pet shop maybe brought something into my tank. but he is appearing 100% healthy.

I find it odd that all of my fully grown fish have died off (besides my dwarf gourami). last night my last guppy died and showed signs of lethargy and staying at the top of my tank. he was not gasping for air although. just barely breaking the water surface.

what does this sound like and what should I do? I love my tank and fish and I am so heart broken. it really hurts to see them all go within this past month. I really want to fix this. thank you for reading my long read
