How likely am I to have gotten bedbugs?

How likely is it that I brought home bed bugs after this exposure?

My friend found a single bed bug in his apartment today, and an exterminator confirmed its bed bugs. None of us knew this when we hung out on Saturday.

He’d been getting bites for about two weeks but assumed they were mosquito bites since it’s summer and couldn’t find any other signs. He only found one very small bed bug today, and the exterminator told him it appears to be an early infestation. He personally couldn’t find more than the one small bug. He tore apart his bed and checked everything thoroughly and can’t find more. Exterminator hasn’t come by yet.

As soon as I found out, I put the clothes I wore that day through the dryer on high heat and washed my bedding.

Timeline:
We first met at another friend’s house and hung out there for a couple of hours, mostly outside.

He was only wearing shorts, a T-shirt, shoes, and a small fanny pack, no jacket or backpack. We sat next to each other for awhile.

We then stopped at his apartment for about 15 minutes so someone could use the bathroom.

I never sat on any furniture and kept my purse on the kitchen counter.

My boyfriend sat on one of his loveseats for no more than 10 minutes. He doesn’t have a couch, and he doesn’t sleep on the loveseats.

We then spent a few hours at an outdoor festival.
After that, I went to another friend’s house, spent more time outside, and didn’t get home until several hours later.

I know nobody can tell me my exact odds, but based on this timeline, how concerned would you be about bringing bed bugs home? Is this generally considered a low-risk exposure, or would you be taking additional precautions?

One thing I’m especially worried about is laundry. The clothes I wore that day sat in my laundry hamper for a few days before I found out about the bed bugs. Do I need to heat-treat everything in the hamper, or is it generally considered sufficient to heat-treat just the clothes I wore (and maybe the items immediately touching them)? Is there anything else I’m missing?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s has dealt with bed bugs or works in pest control. I’m pretty anxious and just want to make sure I’m responding appropriately without either underreacting or going overboard.
