Can i apply for counselling in 2 different states. For example, i apply for Karnataka and participate but I am still waiting for anotification from my state, also simultaneously for MCC. If i get a seat in karnataka as backup and then i get the seat i desire from my state. Can i drop the karnataka seat and how does it work, will i lose money. Please help!!!

I scored decent in NEET and looking to join PG in a private college, I previously applied to US but my visa got rejected after admission into a course, ever since then I thought its MDS but lately the reality of dental market in India is scaring me and being a first generation dentist, I'm not sure if MDS is the right choice for me. Time is running out and idk if I should reapply to US or clear ADC or look at any other country. What I am actually looking for is work life balance with security and earnings, respect that justify the work we do which dont look possible in india. someone pls help me out
