Nightmare cramps

I had my Mirena 16 days ago during a laparoscopy as treatment for stage 4 endometriosis. But now that I just want to start walking around my living room I noticed that the cramps are worse the days I'm more "active" than when I spend most of the day in bed. I already went to the doctor and the IUD is well collocated. I just don't know what to do, painkillers are not helpful enough and I feel like I'm losing my mind cause sometimes I even get nauseous with the pain.

Studying for an exam on my own (need tips)

I really need some advice. I am applying for a masters degree, but I don't know how to study for the exam. I have never studied on my own, I always needed some guidance such as classes (and then I studied with my notes), but this time I am on my own and I feel really scared. Please give me some advice on how to do it on my own and also, I feel lost 😞

Weight fluctuations (after surgery?)

So I had my laparoscopy and Mirena 48hrs ago but I feel horribleee. I guess I'm here to read experiences and if possible, get the feeling of a pat in the back.

The cramps every few hours makes me cry and the bloating with neck pain (which I assume is gas pain) is terrible too. I look at the mirror and my neck looks gigantic and now (this'll probably sound like a stupid thing to worry about) I'm afraid of gaining more weight.

Since my period started more than 10 years ago I've struggling with terrible pain and weight fluctuations. I find really hard to drop a few pounds even if I'm on diet and exercising, but if I neglect for a week (bc I'm on evaluations or something) then I see higher and higher numbers on the scale, the week before my surgery I had a ton of things to put in order so I could get a few free days from work, so I did diet but no exercise and gained almost two pounds, when the doctor told me that I wanted to hide under her desk. And now I'm just overthinking things like not seeing an improvement not only in my pain but also in my image.

Dead (baby?) bedbug

So I think I found a baby bedbug in a plush. This plush was placed in a bed I haven't used in at least two years. I already took off the sheets and checked the bed, there's no stains in the mattress or the plush. Should I be worried about it? What am I supposed to do now?
I know it's a terrible photo but my phone camera is not that good with zooming tiny things
