Complete defoliation in late flower?
Yo y'all, I see a lot of pics all over Reddit where some people have completely defoliated their plants in late flower. I'm curious what are the advantages, disadvantages of doing this over moderate defoliation?

Background is that the charge indicator quit working on this mower. As a result, I unknowingly ran the mower down below the safety margin and disharged the batteries. They didnt show an error code, just 0% on the battery meters. I unplugged and re plugged in the 80v batteries and the charge indicator started working again, but it wouldn't take a charge. I bought this mower new from a local rental shop that bought Home Depot closeouts, so Ryobi said no to warranty coverage, so repairs are on me now!
I was able to get all the batteries to charge again. I used a procedure I found on youtube that was relayed to that person from Ryobi tech support. I removed the batteries after confirming no charge shown and set them aside for about 3 days. I reinstalled just the 80v batteries and plugged in the charger. They took a charge and after they were at 1oo%, I reinstalled the charged 40v batteries And it's working fine now with run time for my lawn is about the same. This probably wont work if your batteries show an error code, but if it's just discharged to the point of not taking a charge, this method may work for you too.
Hope this helps someone else out.
Hi, i have a 2 year old Z42i and the battery voltage wouldn't show on the display screen - just 2 dashes. I checked the charge at the batteries mowing and it was showing a good charge, so I've mowed twice since. No problems then, but now it shows 0% on the batteries. I unplugged then plugged in the 80v batteries and now the charge display is working again, but the batteries are dead and wont take a charge. Is there a reset procedure for these 80v batteries?
My z42Li is 2 years old and the voltage display isn't working. I can't find a listing for one on the Ryobi website. Anyone know if there's a 3rd party lawnmower shop that does Ryobi warranty work? TIA
Hi all, I have a 42" zero turn thats 2 years old now. The charge indicator stopped working, which wasnt a big deal because I just checked the battery packs for charge level before mowing. But I got a firmware update notice that I cant download because the mower shows dead batteries. Any ideas of where to start? Common issue?
Yo y'all, I got some good news this morning I wanted to share. Background is I'm 12 years post RALP and was PSA undetectable for 9 years. Then it started bouncing around with my previous PSA test going from 0.13 to 0.16. Got a Pet Scan 2 months ago and showed no signs of a tumor or metastasis. I started doing RSO & Pectasol (cleaned up my diet too) after my previous test and have been on a gram a day for almost 3 months now. Went in yesterday for my next 3 month test and my PSA dropped back down to 0.11. I'm hoping to go on a maintenance dose after my URO appointment next week.
Hi all, I rebuilt my garden raised beds and I'm now dealing with Blossom end rot. Soil is a mix of original raised bed mix, Az worm farm raised bed soil with added worm castings, perlite , vermiculite. I didn't have it last year before the bed rebuild so it may be a nutrient issue??
Saw this little sucker cruising around my Space Candy auto. Any ideas?
Yo y'all, I'm wondering where I can buy dry sift hash in the NW valley? Been since my youth (many moons ago) that I smoked some good hash and want to give it a try again. I've been growing for a while now and haven't been to the dispensaries much in the last few years, and the one I usually went to doesn't carry it. TIA
12 years post RALP and my PSA is climbing again. It crept up over the past 3 years and went from 0.13to 0.16 in 3 months, so I got a PET scan. Fortunately, they found ;
1. No focal abnormality of tracer activity within the prostate bed to suggest locally recurrent disease.
2. No evidence of malignant nodal disease.
3. No evidence of skeletal or visceral metastasis. Tiny pulmonary nodules are well below the size threshold for reliable evaluation by PET and can be watched on subsequent surveillance imaging in the absence of documented long-term stability
I know I'm not out of the woods here, but that report already made my day.
Curious. I am trying it along with supplements at this point. I'm 12 years post RALP and my PSA is climbing. It is at 0.16 now and had risen sharper in the last 3 months. PMSA PET scan scheduled for next week will tell me more about where I'm at now. I've been a recreational smoker since I retired and it has helped with my chronic back pain, so I thought I'd add this to my defense. Anyone else here trying it? Thoughts?
I'm 12 years post RALP and my psa is coming back. Still low at 0.16, but it;s homework time for me. Back when I had my surgery, I had a friend go to Loma Linda university for photon radiation treatments, which worked for him. So,...
Is proton radiation a viable possibility for S.R.?
Is Photon radiation the only current option for salvage radiation?
any different side effects between the 2?
TIA
My wife found this while researching in mold groups. Apparently it shows some promise for BCR after prostatectomy. Since this seems to meet my situation, One more thing to check into.
Hey all, I'm just getting into ethanol extraction and am looking for where you get your etheanol. I've seen it on Amazon, but any local chains I can pick some up quicker? Also, I've seen 190 proof grain alcohol at total wine. Is that acceptable?
