12 years post RALP and my PSA is climbing again. It crept up over the past 3 years and went from 0.13to 0.16 in 3 months, so I got a PET scan. Fortunately, they found ;

1.  No focal abnormality of tracer activity within the prostate bed to suggest locally recurrent disease.

2.  No evidence of malignant nodal disease.

3.  No evidence of skeletal or visceral metastasis. Tiny pulmonary nodules are well below the size threshold for reliable evaluation by PET and can be watched on subsequent surveillance imaging in the absence of documented long-term stability

I know I'm not out of the woods here, but that report already made my day.

Curious. I am trying it along with supplements at this point. I'm 12 years post RALP and my PSA is climbing. It is at 0.16 now and had risen sharper in the last 3 months. PMSA PET scan scheduled for next week will tell me more about where I'm at now. I've been a recreational smoker since I retired and it has helped with my chronic back pain, so I thought I'd add this to my defense. Anyone else here trying it? Thoughts?

I'm 12 years post RALP and my psa is coming back. Still low at 0.16, but it;s homework time for me. Back when I had my surgery, I had a friend go to Loma Linda university for photon radiation treatments, which worked for him. So,...

1. Is proton radiation a viable possibility for S.R.?

2. Is Photon radiation the only current option for salvage radiation?

3. any different side effects between the 2?

My wife found this while researching in mold groups. Apparently it shows some promise for BCR after prostatectomy. Since this seems to meet my situation, One more thing to check into.

Hey all, I'm just getting into ethanol extraction and am looking for where you get your etheanol. I've seen it on Amazon, but any local chains I can pick some up quicker? Also, I've seen 190 proof grain alcohol at total wine. Is that acceptable?
