tiny blueberry lemon cheesecake
I used Chelsea’s Recipe. Added my homemade blueberry jam, topped with 3 cutie blueberries and a lemon slice for garnish.
Perfect portion size for an individual (and avoids the messy cutting for a big cake) and excellent choice for this summery day. It was a big hit for a family event today!
