Vertebrae makes for a good ring

Update: ya'll were correct
Featuring green and blue lewks I tried this week. I do see more brown than usual! I got pretty cheap eyeliners from daiso because I didn't want to splurge if I didn't like the looks, although I do really like the blue. The green, I think I'd like maybe a darker one? Idk the shade wasn't my favorite but it was all they had. In the pics it looks pretty similar tbh. The purples and pinks i got weren't pigmented enough to show up.
Also tried to use my little inner eye area for color pops today, I dont usually do eye shadow because it doesnt stay on my lid anyway and ends up in my crease. Im also very self conscious about my inner eye areas so I've been trying to put highlight there to utilize it/like it more.
Ignore the orange on my lip I'm drinking flavored water like an iPad kid

Are my eyes too dark to make "pop" with makeup?
My eyes are a very dark brown. I don't usually do anything with color but lately I've been playing around with a wine colored ulta pencil smudged under my eye, but I dont notice much of a difference here either. Has any one with dark brown eyes had any success using like a purple, gold or green to make their eyes appear less like dark voids?
