Been getting emails from a company called "The Card Services" about a credit card (Deserve Card) that was closed by the distributor in 2025.The link in the email leads to the website in the title. The debt hasn't shown up on any credit reports and the whole thing feels weird to me. I remember paying off the card but the app was barely functioning at the time, so it's possible that there is a remaining balance I missed.

The emails use my first name but don't have any specific information like account numbers or card numbers.
