He is exactly 1 year old now and weighs 47 kg (103 lbs). He’s not overweight at all — if anything, he’s lean and athletic.

I recently purchased Dyson V12s Detect Slim Submarine a which according to the product description is suitable for hard floors.

After only 3 weeks of normal use on hard floors. The plastic housing is clearly rubbing against the floor instead of only the soft roller touching it.

The bottom/side edge of the housing has clear abrasion marks, which indicates that the plastic chassis itself is dragging across the floor, not just the soft roller brush.

This already caused visible scratches on my floor. Has anyone else experienced this with Dyson floor heads?
