Hello People of earth
Everyone (myself included ) can we try to do ourselves a favor please? Try as best as you can to do 1 thing for YOUR mental health this week. Just 1.
It doesn't matter what it is.
Whether it's eating a freaking cheeseburger, putting a sticker on your face, or running around in circles like a mad person, or it is something nice for others. Anything just do it for you simply cuz you want to ( obviously without harm to anything, yourself included ). A week to try and do something for yourself.
And if you don't or can't do anything that is absolutely OK too. If you feel up to it comment. Perhaps what you did or did not do or just to say " hey you're an idiot" it's ok too I don't mind, take out some frustration on me.
And of course just have the best week YOU can. Whatever it looks like for YOU! Not anyone else.😊
