Pc no display after changing gpu and putting the old one back.

So I have an rx570 gpu, I want to play my games with more fps so I ordered a used rx590 online but when it arrived it needs 2 pcie connector so I thought its okay since I have 2 that are "daisy chained" together. I removed my old rx 570 and put the newly bought rx 590 at first it works there is display so I decided to go to school and leave mt pc turned on. After arriving home I check my pc and there is no display so I tried restarting and no display then I tried removing cmos it works but after about 8 mins the display dies and never turned on again so I thought maybe my psu cant handle it because im only using a daisy chained pcie connector but now when I tried to put my old rx 570 card my pc wont boot, no display but my keyboard and mouse has lights and I can use numlock. I tried resetting cmos alot of times and also checking my rams the only thing I havent check is the cpu because I have a big cooler and I dont know hoe to remove it. I have no integrated graphics. any help would be greatly appreciated since I dont have the money to buy a new pc. I also tried putting rx590 back in and still no display.

cpu intel i5 9400f

gpu rx 570

psu 700 watts

Games that will run good for rx 580.

so I accidentally fried my rtx 2060's core and my uncle lent me his old rx 580 and now I cant play the games I used to play so I need suggestions on what to play where I can put alot of hours without feeling bored. I dont really care much about the graphics, I love pixel art games and rpgs so im down to anything good.
