I was recently moved from Gresham to Proximity for my ODU housing assignment, and I’ve seen some reviews mentioning pest problems, which is a little concerning.
I noticed ODU Housing and Residence Life will have a presence at the apartments this year. Has anyone who lives there or has lived there recently had issues with pests? If so, were they taken care of? Also, does anyone know if ODU has done any recent exterminating or deep cleaning before students move in?

I was assigned a Gresham double in the housing assignment even though I applied for a different dorm but I was wondering if it possible to switch into a different dorm while the semester is going on or if I can’t is it possible for me to do so at the end of a semester?

Is eservices working for anyone right now? Whenever I try to go to the website it says “bad request”

does anyone know if there’s still a chance to get a single room? I completed my new transfer room selection today, but only doubles were available. I originally signed up right when housing application opened and selected Gresham single or Powhatan single, so I was hoping for one of those today when I did the room selection.

Does anyone know how often singles open up or what the chances are of someone canceling their application? I’m still hoping I might be able to switch into a single somehow.
