Help with my device

I got this moto 5g 2025, and the device is unlocked, i called cricket and they said it is unlocked even the screen is saying that, but im stuck on this screen no matter what. It didnt do that when i first ported out, it was working fine until an hour later when the cricket device unlock app popped up and i cant access anything. Is there anything i can do?

I got a msi 1650 super. Friend said its bottlenecking my pc, is he right? If so what should I upgrade to?

This is the first time I built a pc and I got the Msi 1650 super. My friend asked what gpu I was using and he said that the gpu im using is bottlenecking my pc and my performance. I currently use a ryzen 5 5600, with 32 gb ram, an 850 watt PSU, and a B550M gigabyte MoBo. Budget is preferably no more than 600 but am open to more.
