I don't really wanna go to Mumbai(pune resident),pict mostly milega nahi because two cet's

My main questions:

1. Crowd kaisa hai?

2. 10th-90%, 12th-74%, agar cgpa accha rakha toh 80% wala filter nikal denge kya?

3. attendance strict hai?

got 98.92%tile

Really interested in electrical branches,I plan on doing masters in ee or entc as well
