Guys I need help with choosing a career

So I need a career that has three main things!

1. Money - like doctors get a lot of money and also business people!
2. Aura - like when pilots walk in airport, they have a special type of aura that is unmatched
3. Respect - like doctors, like when you say you are a surgeon, you have that respect from people. And also teachers, they also get respect!

for me personally, I like math and chemistry. I took bio and now I’m suffering as hell!

I really like being a ceo like that is something that I have dreamed of when I was young but then, I thought about becoming a doctors because they have high salary! (But I heard some people saying don’t choose medical professor because of the salary) so maybe I don’t want that because I personally don’t wanna do like medical school, MCAT, residency and all that!

I like being bold and Kendall Jenner is my role model, like I love being a model but my parents are strict. And also I admire people who have their own business. But when it comes to leadership skills, I am so low at that, like especially communication skills. I am so bad at that, I don’t have any friends that I could talk about this to! That’s why I’m asking you guys, who have experience, and everything. Please tell me anything, I would really appreciate that!! This is something that I really wanted to ask someone because I am a high school senior and my parents are nagging me saying that people my age have figured out at least what they wanna major in. Because of all the confusion, I thought about coping my sister who wanna be a doctor.

I feel like my extracurriculars are pretty solid, but I’m missing leadership experience. Does anyone know of any leadership programs, organizations, or opportunities related to medicine, cancer research, psychology, neuroscience, or STEM in general?

My parents don’t want me going out of state for freshman year, so I’ll most likely be starting at a college in Georgia. My dream school is Stanford, and I was wondering if it’s realistic to transfer to a T20 after freshman year.
Right now I feel behind because I don’t have things like research or summer programs on my application, but I’m working on changing that.
Can you apply to transfer every year if you don’t get in the first time? Has anyone here transferred from a Georgia college to a T20? I’d love to hear your experience or any advice.

Has anyone actually gotten rid of dark elbows, dark knees, facial hyperpigmentation, and an upper lip that’s darker than the rest of your skin? 😭

I’m open to skincare products, dermatologist recommendations, or home remedies that genuinely worked for you.

Guys, I feel like I’m really behind. 😭 I’m a rising senior, and I feel like I wasted a lot of my summer. Does anyone know of any free programs that are still accepting applications and would actually look good on college applications?
I’m interested in medicine, cancer research, psychology, neuroscience, or STEM, but I’m open to other opportunities too. I just want to do something meaningful before applications start.
