i’m not sure if this is the right sub to post this in. I am fairly new to posting reels and I am curious as to how someone edits their videos with all the cuts like in this one? I know how to use the edits app to cut out dead space and pauses by splitting & deleting, but this creator has a constant stream of talking, but is still able to make the cuts. I cannot for the life of me figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏻

Does anyone have a good script for reaching out to expired listings? I don't love the high pressure "we match buyers and sellers everyday" type stuff. I try to be authentic and natural on the phone, but interested to hear if anything specific is working for you. Thanks!

Being raised Mormon by a classic Mormon mom with narcissistic tendencies royally fucked me up. I’m 42 now and am working through sooo much psychological trauma that’s deeply ingrained in my psyche. Lately I’ve been mourning the fact that I was raised in the church and how pissed it makes me. I often think how different my life could have been if I was raised outside of Utah and not in the church.
