Does Dayvigo help with waking up too early?

How good is Dayvigo for troubles with sleep maintenance? I’m on a few other meds, and the newest one has a common side effect of causing sleep disturbances. I’ve been waking up very early, unable to fall back asleep. Recently I’ve only been getting 5.5-6 hours of sleep. Last night I only got 4.5 hours. My body is still tired but my mind is fully awake. I’m on seroquel and Pregabalin for sleep as it is. They help with falling asleep, but not this issue I’ve been having of waking up early. My issue has always been FALLING asleep, and I’ve tried nearly every med in the book for that. But now the problem is staying asleep for a full night’s worth of rest. Has anyone on Dayvigo found any benefits for this reason?

Low-meta specs: are they just bad, or unpopular?

I've been wondering for a while now on why I consistently see the same specs in the bottom of meta. Is it just because they aren't performing as well as higher specs, or because they aren't as popular? For example I ALWAYS see survival hunter near the bottom. But I wonder if it's so low because it's one of the least popular specs, especially in pvp. Some specs I do understand why they rank lower. Aug evoker obviously feels awkward in pvp because it's more of a support spec (which is more useful in pve). Outlaw rouge always seems to be on the bottom as well, again not sure if it's because it isn't performing well, or if it's just unpopular. Anyone know?

I never thought I’d be saying this, but, thank you blizzard

Blizzard finally did something right with mm hunter this time. I was so disappointed with the initial spec redesigns, specifically because of the removal of shrapnel shot aka more lock and load procs. That made the spec feel even slower. But now that they added back shrapnel shot back. That alone I was happy with, but now that they redesigned Windrunner quiver to have a 30% chance lock and load proc from rapid fire, I feel like I’m in heaven. The amount of instant aimed shot casts I get now is insane. Now I don’t have to rely on a 2.4 cast time nearly as often. This almost feels too good to be true tbh though… I don’t wanna jinx myself but I feel like they will nerf the 30%, or redesign the talent entirely. But for now, something I never thought would come out of my mouth, thank you blizzard.

(Although I hope mm doesn’t become a living hell if I’m ever playing against it lol…)

Nardil side effects

Hi I want to try Nardil but I am worried about some of the side effects. I read that it tends to cause insomnia which is bad for me because I already have insomnia. But I am on Seroquel for sleep so it isn't a big issue anymore, but I am scared that it may stop working if I add Nardil. I'm also not thrilled about the weight gain and sexual side effects. I am already trying to lose weight, but I have read that some people take other medication to help counter the effect. I have crippling social anxiety and no medication has worked yet so I am still deciding whether the benefits outweigh the risks. Would love to hear anyone's experience with it, and if it helped, as well as side effects (also I am curious on the dietary restrictions and if they are really necessary).
