Doll pouch help: suggest how to secure a doll

I just got this doll bag second hand

The original use seems to be for nui but I have been eyeing it since April for 1/12 dolls.

I tested it by bringing out my ymy 1/12 doll body in this pouch but the doll kept tipping over. Likely because I used a nendoroid head and it was too top heavy.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to secure a doll in a round container. I saw on Google something about carving up foam for the doll to sit in

I work for a franchise company under a large national organisation. I'm the sole full time employee for this small enterprise and work directly with my centre director /owner of the franchise

Due to a desperate need for manpower I brought in an old acquaintance to work as a part timer

My concern is that she has been acting very unprofessional

Some of the things she did include:

1)rejecting a number of requests from me and my employer despite it being in the job description and contract leading to operational confusion and hiccups during our initial operations.

  1. barging into my room to confront me aggressively and yelling loudly when she is frustrated.

  1. yelling always happens in front of our students who are our clients

  2. complaining about me behind my back to my manager and colleagues

To the extent that no-one trusts me so it has become harder and harder to lead the team despite my senior position.

  1. threatening repeatedly to quit when she doesn't get her way because she knows how much we needed her

My concern is despite these repeat occurrences which I escalated to the manager, each discussion ends with the topic shifted to me instead.

How I am not perfect and these are petty little issues.

My centre director clearly prefers this part time Employee and there was even one instance where I asked her to be a third party neutral mediator for a minor disagreement that blew up, but she sided with the part timer and they both started arguing against me.

What is my next course of action

Can I escalate higher to HR? And the franchise manager ?

Anyone can tell me anything about this ?

I saw this while browsing a second hand marketplace for MSc uv cut

Can this be used for face ups

I mostly know MSc from collecting nendoroid and I read about flat UV cut on this Reddit but I don't think I've seen anything about this one

Leekeworld dolls

So my previous post was about a company called DollGa. I managed to track some info down on DoA

As such I can narrow down my search : I'm interested to see leekeworld Mabel dolls

I found one secondhand but I'm not too keen on her face sculpt. But her price was too good to pass up. I'm looking to see if my opinion changes after looking at more Mabel heads

(I'm primarily interested in boy dolls and the other head which I much prefer may not be available. It's been almost a month and the seller has not replied at all. That was a Cian. Old old heads)

DollGa

Hi everyone

I understand this Korean company has since ceased operations. I tried looking up DollGa dolls but I can't find any.

Can I see your dolls please.

I'm thinking of getting one secondhand but I'm not too keen on face sculpt / face up

Curious about carrying and carriers

Yesterday I saw someone with a dolfie dream. He was carrying her in hand with a metal base stand.

I understand people have different preferences but that's the first time I saw it done.

When I started talking to him he had her on a low wall and then he just picked her up and we walked and talked for abit.

(Looks convenient just picking up and putting a doll on stand down)

But when I asked about carriers etc he said he just put her in his Asus lap top carrier, which is similar to how I carry mine (in a laptop backpack)

I've seen posts on the sub about carriers and I know people carry them posed in their arms but is it safe to carry on a stand ? Or is it safer with a vinyl doll

Can any seasoned collectors weigh in on this?
