Has anyone used YETI Creatine Monohydrate?

I just bought YETI Creatine Monohydrate (250 g, 50 servings). This is my first time using creatine. I'm planning to take 1 scoop (5 g) daily instead of doing the loading phase.

Has anyone here used this brand? How was your experience with strength, recovery, or any side effects? Would you recommend sticking to 5 g per day or doing the loading phase?

BOC 14+ Account Changed to 18+ — “No Account Found” Error for Transfers

I had a 14+ BOC account and recently it changed to an 18+ account after I turned 18. I can still see my balance and account normally in the app, but when I try to do transfers or create a fixed deposit it says “No account found.”

Has this happened to anyone else? Did the bank have to relink or reactivate the account for online banking?

I’m currently doing A/L (Commerce stream), but I honestly hate it. I have zero interest in studying these subjects and I’m only continuing because of my parents.

The thing is, I’ve already completed a Diploma in IT, and my plan is to go into a Higher Diploma and then a degree (top-up). So I already have a clear pathway without needing A/L.

That’s why I feel stuck. A/L feels pointless for me because:

- I’m not planning to go to a government university

- I already have a path in IT (Diploma → Higher Diploma → Degree)

- I don’t enjoy studying for A/L at all

At the same time, I understand A/L is kind of like a “safety net” and it matters a lot to parents.

So now I’m confused:

Do I just push through A/L and try to pass?

Or should I fully focus on my IT path since I’ve already started it?

Has anyone been in a similar situation — already in a diploma/HD pathway but still doing A/L?

Would really appreciate honest advice.

This is honestly disgusting. Two U-19 players (aged 18 and 19) arrested for secretly filming women in a hotel bathroom. Absolute violation of privacy and respect.

Being an athlete doesn’t put you above the law. If anything, it comes with more responsibility. Actions like this ruin trust and damage the image of the sport.

Good to see they were arrested and the case is ongoing. Hope proper justice is served and strict action is taken to prevent things like this from happening again.

Respect people. It’s basic.
