I don’t know how to move on from this

I don’t really know how to explain this without making it ridiculously long, but basically, my sister phoned me crying and said that our father SA’D her son . She didn’t want to report it because she couldn’t bring herself to do that to our father and was afraid of what would happen to the family.
I tried to convince my mum and sister that they needed to do something, but they kept asking me to give them time. Eventually they stopped talking to me and started making it seem like I was the problem.
When my uncle eventually asked what happened between you and your mom , I told him everything. He confronted them about it, but they denied it and made me out to be someone who hated my father and wanted to destroy the family.
Almost a year later, my uncle came back and apologised after learning that I hadn’t been lying. Apparently my mum eventually admitted that what I’d told him was true and that she and my sister had chosen to protect the family.
By that point, I’d already spent months questioning myself and wondering if I’d somehow overreacted or I’m being delusional . I became completely isolated, deleted almost everyone from my phone and eventually left my job. My mental health has deteriorated badly since then.
The part I can’t get over is that they carried on with their lives while I was left alone dealing with the consequences. I wasn’t trying to destroy my family. I genuinely thought I was trying to do what was right, and somehow I ended up losing almost everything.

Health & Care Worker visa – sponsorship ending before my registration exam

Hi everyone, I’m currently in the UK on a Health & Care Worker visa, with my eVisa showing validity until July 2028.
My employer is planning to end my sponsorship at the end of August 2026. From what I understand, UKVI may then curtail my visa and give me around 60 days to find another sponsor or make another immigration application.
I’m a trainee pharmacist and have completed my UK foundation training. I didn’t sit the June registration assessment due to some circumstances, and I’m planning to sit the November instead.
My concern is that the curtailment period may end before I can sit the November exam and register as a pharmacist.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there way that could allow me to remain legally in the UK until the November assessment?

Any advice or experience would be really appreciated.
Many thanks,

CoS expiring before my November GPhC exam ,what are my options?

Hi everyone, trainee pharmacist here. Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I wasn’t able to sit the June GPhC registration assessment, so I’m planning to sit the November 2026 assessment instead.
The problem is that my current CoS is due to expire in late September, and I’m struggling to find an any place that can keep me sponsored until I sit the November exam.
Has anyone been in a similar situation ? I’d really appreciate any advice .
Many thanks.
