SoCal Nurses Without BSNs... Can You Find A Job?

California nurses, I could use some honest feedback. I am a new grad RN with my ADN, license, and BSN in progress (finishing October 2026). Solid certs, trilingual, volunteer experience. After months of applications, all I have gotten is one one-way interview and no response after.

Is it really the missing BSN, or is it more likely my resume? And does messaging recruiters after applying actually help? Appreciate any advice.
