I have taken the CELPIP test six times so far, but I keep getting stuck at Level 8 in Reading. My best Reading score was Level 11 on my third attempt, but my Speaking score was 8, and the re-evaluation did not result in any change.
I would really appreciate your guidance on how I can improve my Reading score to at least Level 9. I usually practise using mock tests from CELPIP Online and Phoenix YouTube channels. Could you please suggest some effective strategies or additional resources that might help me achieve my target score?

My latest score was L 11, R 8, W 10, S 9 attempted last Saturday.

I have submitted my Profile for Canadian PR last month, and I haven’t received invitation yet but due to an emergency I am travelling to india, end of this month and I would stay there for couple of months. my question is do I have to re do my PCC again, once I am back to canada if I have got an invitation in next two months hopefully:
