24F , when will i get a good high paying stable job?

Hi

Please tell me when will I get a good job and start savings and become stable in my life 🙏🏻 that's my only question.

Place - Bangalore

Time - 11:10 am

I completed my btech cse engineering last year from tier 3 clg

Didn't get a job for a year, then got a 5k stipend paying internship which still didnt convert to full time (pay is just double of stipend)

I'm into tech management side and not complete tech side

Wfh job which i didnt wanted bcz strict house n mom, father passed away last year, have a lil sister and our financial condition has never been good since birth.

I have numerous health issues, digestive issues which are chronic, skin hair, leg issues, teeth etc.

Have never been loved by anyone, neither family nor did i ever have a boyfriend.

My question is when will i get a high paying job ???

so i can leave my home n enjoy my freedom, bcz i also want to pursue masters in Europe and settle abroad. I work hard and study everyday with alot of family responsibilities on me.

As a fresher who got her 1st job in project management, do you have any advice for me?

I’m a 23-year-old recent Computer Science graduate from a Tier-3 college in Karnataka.

After nearly a year of job hunting and over 1,100 applications, I finally landed my first project management-related role. The compensation is modest (2 LPA), but I accepted it because my priority was gaining relevant experience and getting my foot in the door.

I’ve been in the role for about a month now and am currently involved in project coordination, reporting, stakeholder follow-ups, status tracking, governance activities, and operational support.

My long-term goal is to grow into a Project Manager or product manager role, and I’m also considering pursuing an MBA in the future.

For those who started their careers in PMO, project coordination, or support roles:

• What skills or certificates should I focus on developing in my first 1–2 years? • What helped you transition into project management responsibilities? • At what point should compensation become a priority versus experience? • Would you recommend gaining a few years of experience before pursuing an MBA?

I’d appreciate any advice from people who have followed a similar path.

I am 23F I just graduated B.E. CSE from tier 3 college in karnataka in 2025 and it took me a year ( applied from August to March) to get my 1st job and after 1100 applications i got my 1st job as an associate pmo the salary is like 2lpa only but wfh n since i needed experience as a tech pm i accepted... Its just been a month into my new job n I'm doing great. Currently a ticket manager.

Any advices for me? I further wish to pursue MBA too.
